Payment is due on the day. Fees are reviewed each year. Medicare rebates are set by the government and may change each July.
You don't need a referral to book. If you want to claim a rebate or use funding, here's what to have ready before your first session.
A referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your usual GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician.
Your NDIS number, plan dates and plan manager's details. You can add these in the intake form, and we'll set up a service agreement together.
Your claim number and insurer's details. Sessions need insurer approval before we start.

New clients, including NDIS participants: please fill this in before your first session.
Life happens. If you need to cancel or move a session, just let us know as early as you can.
No charge
The full session fee is charged. Medicare rebates can’t be claimed for missed sessions.
