Board-Approved Clinical Supervision

As an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor, I offer clinical supervision to both provisional psychologists undertaking the 5+1 pathway and fully registered general psychologists seeking ongoing professional development.

My supervision approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I aim to create a reflective and safe space where supervisees can explore clinical decision-making, refine their therapeutic skills, and integrate theory with practice. Together, we focus on developing clinical competence, ethical reasoning, self-awareness, and confidence in navigating the complexities of psychological practice.

Whether you are working toward registration or looking to enhance and extend your professional capabilities, supervision is tailored to your developmental stage, practice context, and career goals.

Supervision Framework

My supervision approach is informed by evidence-based practice, reflective supervision models, and the supervision competency framework outlined by the Psychology Board of Australia.

Supervision sessions aim to support psychologists to:

  • Develop clear, formulation-driven case conceptualisations

  • Strengthen clinical decision-making and intervention planning

  • Reflect on therapeutic processes, countertransference, and use of self

  • Maintain ethical, professional, and regulatory standards

  • Build confidence managing complex and high-risk presentations

The supervision space is collaborative, supportive, and appropriately challenging, while remaining grounded in professional accountability.
