What to expect

01

Before we meet

If you'd like a rebate, get a referral first. Then fill out our intake form, so we don't spend the first session on paperwork.

02

Your first session

Mostly a conversation. We talk about what's brought you here, and you share as much or as little as you want.

03

After that

We agree on what to focus on and how often to meet, and adjust as we go.
